Motion in Sportz™ aims to ensure all product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability details are accurate and updated.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time.

Pricing & Payments

Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website and at checkout. Applicable taxes and any optional expedited shipping charges are displayed before you complete your purchase. Standard shipping is complimentary for U.S. orders.

By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information provided is valid and that you are authorized to use the payment method.

In-stock purchases are payable in full at checkout. For reservations and preorders, you may be offered full payment or a deposit option. Any remaining balance will be charged according to the payment schedule disclosed at checkout.

Balance collection may occur before dispatch. A payment confirmation does not mean your order has shipped; shipment confirmation and tracking information are provided separately.

Reservations are one-time purchases and do not involve recurring subscriptions.

Orders may be canceled if payment cannot be successfully processed or if fraudulent or unauthorized activity is reasonably suspected.

Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may limit quantities or refuse or cancel orders because of pricing errors, inventory issues, unsuccessful payment, suspected fraud, or other reasons permitted by applicable law.

If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will notify you and refund all amounts paid to the original payment method.

You may also cancel an order, including a reservation or preorder, before shipment for a full refund of all amounts paid. Email kr@motioninsportz.com with your order number to request cancellation.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. Return requests are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently accept orders for delivery within the United States only. Standard U.S. shipping is complimentary, with no minimum purchase.

In-stock orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days, unless a different timeframe is stated on the product page. Standard transit after dispatch typically takes 3–7 business days.

Reservations and preorders follow the estimated shipping window displayed on the product page rather than the standard in-stock processing timeframe.

Shipping and delivery timelines are estimates. Production, freight, carrier disruptions, weather, or incorrect shipping information may affect these estimates. We will notify affected customers if a reservation’s expected shipping window changes.

If you do not wish to wait, you may cancel before shipment for a full refund of all amounts paid.

Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund policy.

Customers are encouraged to review the policy before making a purchase.

is the property of Motion in Sportz™ or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Motion in Sportz™ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from website use or product purchases. In all cases, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Motion in Sportz™ harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses resulting from:
