Return and Refund Policy

At Motion in Sportz™, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.

30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition
  • Be returned in its original packaging
  • Include all accessories, hardware, and documentation originally supplied with the product
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Returns requested after 30 days from the delivery date will not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, accidents, or normal wear and tear after delivery

Return Address

Returns are processed from our facility located in Glenview, IL, United States. Once your return request has been approved, our team will provide the complete return address along with full return instructions. 

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team via email within the 30-day return period.

Your request should include:

  • Order number
  • Customer name
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the product, if the item is damaged or defective

Once approved, return instructions and the return shipping address will be provided.

Return requests are typically reviewed and responded to within 1–2 business days of receipt. 

Returns must be approved before being shipped back. Unauthorized returns may not be eligible for refund processing.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The item is defective
  • The incorrect item was received

For approved damaged, defective, or incorrect item claims, Motion in Sportz™ will cover all return shipping costs and provide a full resolution at no additional cost to the customer. A prepaid return label or shipping reimbursement will be arranged once the claim is approved.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your sculpture, wall-mounted décor piece, or any product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the shipping packaging

After review, we will offer one of the following resolutions within 3–5 business days:

  • Replacement product
  • Full refund
  • Partial refund

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and approved following inspection, we will notify you of the refund status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase
  • Refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days after the returned item has been received and approved
  • Financial institutions and payment providers may require additional time to post the refund to your account

Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges.

If you wish to purchase a different product, please return the eligible item in accordance with this policy and place a new order. Our support team is happy to help guide you through the process if needed.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed, and the order will instead be subject to this Return & Refund Policy.

Refused Deliveries

Orders refused upon delivery without prior authorization may be subject to the deduction of actual return shipping and handling costs from the refund amount. The exact deduction will be based on the carrier's return shipping charge and will be communicated to you before the refund is processed.

Refund Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Items returned after the 30-day return period
  • Products returned in a used, damaged, or altered condition, not caused by shipping damage
  • Products returned without original packaging when the packaging is necessary for safe transportation
  • Personalized or custom-made products

Motion in Sportz™ reserves the right to update this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Any updates will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
