Customers will receive an order confirmation email after successfully placing an order.

Free standard shipping is available on orders over $75 and will be automatically applied at checkout when eligible.
Shipping Availability
Motion in SportzTM currently ships to addresses within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive shipment tracking information via email.
- Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to become active after your shipment confirmation email is received.
- Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier and may take some time to appear after dispatch.
Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Motion in SportzTM is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs caused by:
- Incorrect addresses
- Incomplete address details
- Incorrect contact information

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your package carefully upon delivery before discarding any packaging materials. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

- Photographs of the damaged product
- Photographs of the shipping packaging
Our team will review your claim and respond within 3–5 business days with an appropriate resolution.
Lost Packages
If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and tracking details. We will open an investigation with the shipping carrier and provide you with an update within 3–5 business days.
Delivery Delays
If your order is experiencing a significant delay beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us with your order number and tracking information. Our team will look into the issue and keep you informed throughout the process.
Delivery Confirmation
Once a package is marked as delivered by the courier service, Motion in SportzTM is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
Customers are encouraged to ensure secure delivery locations when placing orders.
