Motion in Sportz™ Labor Day Giveaway — Official Rules

1. Giveaway Period
The Motion in Sportz™ Labor Day Giveaway begins when the official giveaway post is published by @motioninsportz on Instagram on September 6, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on September 9, 2026 (the “Giveaway Period”). The Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway.
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, representatives and agents of Mira Home Design LLC, as well as members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible to enter.
The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
3. How to Enter
During the Giveaway Period:
- Follow @motioninsportz on Instagram.
- Comment on the official Labor Day Giveaway post and tag two golfers you think would love the Founders Edition Golfer in their collection.
Limit one entry per person and per Instagram account during the Giveaway Period. Additional comments or tags will not provide additional entries.
Tagged accounts must belong to genuine individuals. Automated, duplicate, fraudulent, incomplete or otherwise invalid entries may be disqualified at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Entrants must comply with Instagram’s applicable terms and community guidelines. Entrants may not inaccurately tag individuals or content.
4. Prize
One eligible winner will receive:
One Motion in Sportz™ Founders Edition Golfer, an individually numbered sculpture from a limited edition of 100.
Approximate Retail Value: $249.95.
Standard shipping to a valid address within the 50 United States or District of Columbia is included at no charge.
The prize has no cash alternative and may not be transferred, assigned or redeemed for cash. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond its reasonable control.
Any federal, state or local taxes associated with accepting the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
5. Odds of Winning
The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
One potential winner will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing is expected to take place on or about September 10, 2026.
The potential winner will be contacted only by @motioninsportz through Instagram direct message and may be required to provide their full name, email address and valid U.S. shipping address in order to confirm eligibility and receive the prize.
The potential winner must respond within 48 hours of the initial notification. If the potential winner does not respond within that period, is found to be ineligible, declines the prize or cannot be contacted, the Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner through another random drawing.
Motion in Sportz will never request payment, credit card details, banking information or any other payment information to claim this prize.
7. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the Sponsor’s decisions concerning the administration and interpretation of the Giveaway, which shall be final and binding.
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who attempts to tamper with the entry process, uses automated means to enter, provides false information, acts abusively or violates these Official Rules.
The Sponsor may modify, suspend or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention or circumstances beyond its reasonable control interfere with the integrity or proper administration of the Giveaway. If the Giveaway is terminated early, the Sponsor may select the winner from the eligible entries received before termination.
The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected or undeliverable entries or communications, or for technical failures affecting Instagram, internet access or electronic communications.
8. Release and Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Instagram and Meta, and their respective affiliates, officers, employees, representatives and agents, from claims or liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession or use of the prize, except where prohibited by law.
9. Instagram Disclaimer
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta.
By entering, each participant acknowledges that the participant is providing information to the Sponsor and not to Instagram or Meta, and completely releases Instagram and Meta from responsibility associated with the administration of the Giveaway or fulfillment of the prize.
10. Privacy
Information collected from the potential winner will be used to verify eligibility, communicate with the winner and deliver the prize. It will be handled in accordance with the Motion in Sportz Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law
The Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from the Giveaway shall be brought in an appropriate state or federal court located in Illinois, except where prohibited by law.
